Dragon's Eye Necklace

I saw this necklace just the other day at a local vendor show, and bought it for $3 after deciding that one of my characters would probably wear something similar... just haven't decided which character yet. Ideas?

Anyway, it was one of many pieces to be found at this particular vendor, Blue Dolphin Custom Crafts www.facebook.com/BlueDolphinCu… and one of quite a few that I would have liked to have bought but didn't have money for quite everything.
For instance, a tiny little bottle on a chain full of stones that clinked in a "minature wind chime" sort of way when you touched it, a box guarded by a little dragon with suckers along its back, many a sketchbook with gems and faces and all sorts of designs, dragon necklaces with feathers, and so on.
